PCCH-10 is used for pouch cell aluminum laminated case top /side edge sealing with tab before the electrolyte injection process. The sealing blade is made from copper with good heat conduction, the heating temperature of the upper and lower sealing blade controlled separated and settable.

1. Upper and lower sealing blade temperature can be controlled separated, the temperature is adjustable and digital display by the thermostat.
2. The sealing head is made from copper with good heat conduction.
3. The pressure gauge is embedded and easy to observe the sealing pressure.
4. Firm sealing.
5. The safety protection cover is included to avoid scalding.
6. Sealing time can be adjusted by the timer .
7. The sealing blade length is 200mm, the battery case < 200mm can be used without replacing the sealing blade.
