The hydraulic balanced electric roller is used for high-precision rolling of the battery electrode. The equipment has good horizontal and vertical uniformity in rolling and provides high-quality rolling performance. The equipment is used for roller rolling with the pressure provided by the hydraulic system. It is suitable for occasions where the consistency of the rolling force and the rolling gap is required to be high.
The machine includes a hydraulic system, AC variable frequency motor, reducer, gearbox, precision coupling, screw-down device, roller system, machine body, protection plate, PLC touch screen, electrical control, etc.

2. The roller is made of imported cold-rolled chrome-molybdenum material by heat-treated surface chrome plating and cryogenic treatment, with high internal and external hardness and good wear resistance;
