GDCC-10 is a compact gas-driven crimping machine for all types of coin cell cases crimping, such as CR2032, CR2450, etc. CR20XX series crimping die is included as standard, the other crimping die set is optional. It is perfect to be used inside of glovebox from a big antechamber, no leakage. Coin cell disassembling die can be optional, easy to replace.

1. The lower die adopts high precision positioning ring to limit the position and control the crimping height to avoid the damage of battery and crimping die if the crimping pressure is excessive
2. If the battery gets stuck and cannot be taken out, the cell can be pushed out easily by rotating the top screw
3. Compressed air or inert gas can be used. External connection of compressed gas exhaust can prevent damage to glove box atmosphere
4. Precision die design ensures precise and reliable seal forming, solid steel structure design, stable and safe use
5. The pure pneumatic operation, no electricity, easy to use
